Felicitating the Victors “Special Award Ceremony” 2018-19″
It is true that champions being self-motivated do not seek glory and awards, yet a word of commendation can keep alive the flame of their zest. Believing in the axiom that “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.” and aiming to in still the same among the winners to go an extra mile to stand out of the crowd, Seth Anandram Jaipuria, Vasundhara , Ghaziabad held an Award Ceremony on 17th July, 2019. Ms. Manju Rana , Principal Cum Director and all the members of Management committee graced the occasion.
After the commencement of the ceremony with the lighting of the lamp, the event witnessed the students being honoured for their brilliant academic performance in class 10 and 12, CBSE Board Examinations, 2018-19. Awards , trophies , citations and cash prizes were conferred upon National Toppers Ankur Mishra for achieving the first rank in AISSE , Pragya Kharkwal and Aishna Jain for bagging third rank in AISSCE and Swati Lenka for attaining the fourth position in AISSCE and for being the District Topper. School Toppers in all the streams in class X and XII Board Examinations were also felicitated.Recipients of ‘KVPY’ awards and students with exceptional achievements in ‘ATL Innovation Marathon’ were awarded certificates. At the same time the school premises reverberated with the accolades received by the students of classes III-IX for achieving first rank for three consecutive years which was nothing short of an extraordinary display of resolve and persistence.
Ms. Manju Rana, Principal Cum Director, in her welcome address, congratulated the ‘winners’ for doing commendably well in academics She delineated the endeavours the school has been making in the direction of providing Education 4.0 to the students and shared that the school has been bestowed upon the status of Green School, Microsoft school and recognition as UN school,speaking volumes about its multifaceted work.
Shri Shishir Jaipuria in his spoke highly of the laudable work being done by the school in charting the right course for the students in this technology driven education today. Citing the ‘AICRA award’ won by the school and making it to the top 100 in ‘ATAL Marathon’, he underscored the impassioned work done by the school in providing 5 Cs to the students- Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication and character.
Last but not the least the ceremony ended with National Toppers Pragya Kharkwal, Aishna Jain and Ankur Mishra sharing their assiduous journey to an unparalleled accomplishment, with the audience. Their unflinching belief in perseverance and consistency as the road map to success motivated the students.
