Housemates United, Victory Ignited!
“Show class, have pride, and display character. If you do, winning takes care of itself.”
The house system was devised to promote team spirit and a sense of belonging to the school. Houses are a common and successful way of building a superb school community and spirit. The Houses compete in different sporting, cultural, and academic competitions, and provide an excellent way to synergize pupils of different classes and ages, all of whom have a common goal and purpose.
The students of classes III to V of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Vasundhara are placed in four houses (Ganga-Red, Godawari-Yellow, Krishna-Green, and Narmada-Blue). A House Meet was organised for the students where the House Mistresses discussed briefly about all the academic and co-curricular activities that will be conducted this year.
Students were made aware of the fact that points are awarded to students of each house throughout the year for their performance in different inter-house competitions. At the end of the year the house gaining the highest number of points will win the Cultural Trophy. They were motivated to participate actively. Children showcased their talent too.
