For Your Hardworking Ways, You Deserve Some Praise: Seth Anandram Jaipuria School Celebrates Junior Investiture Ceremony:

Leaders are not born but are made by their experiences in life. To inculcate the leadership qualities in the students and to give them a feel of the functioning of the administrative body, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School held the Junior Council Elections for the first time in the school. The junior wing received overwhelming responses from all the students and parents alike.

The Investiture Ceremony for the junior wing was held on May 17, 2022, in the school auditorium. The ceremony began with shloka chanting and the lighting of the lamp by the Director Principal Ms. Shalini Nambiar, Vice Principal Ms.V. Suprabha, Head Mistresses Ms. Sonal Srivastava and Ms. Indu Kohli and Academic Coordinator Ms. Kumud Sharma.

After the lighting of the lamp, the Choir had a melodious and motivational song that perfectly suited the event. Director Principal Ms. Shalini Nambiar inspired and encouraged the elected leaders to be dutiful and responsible in her address to the gathering. She congratulated the newly appointed Junior school prefectorial board for their preparedness to take responsibility. She asked them to use these opportunities and balance them well with academics to excel in both.

The school prefectorial board was formed through democratic elections held in the junior wing wherein students from grades 3 to 5 participated and voted for their favorite candidate. The whole process was shown through The Poll Preface video which got loud applause from one and all present for the event.

The elected students were invested upon by the Director Principal ma’am as she gave badges to all the students. The march by the head boy, head girl, and all the prefects was a spectacular event that had set the mood for the event.

The Head Boy and the Head Girl presented their manifesto and shared their plans and expectations for the year. They promised to be seen as an approachable person to all the students.
