Seth Anandram Jaipuria School bags Gold Club Award by Rotary International District 3012

Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Ghaziabad, won the Gold Club Award in the category of “Outstanding Service Towards Society.” The award was presented by Rotary International District 3012 at Aabhar (The Gratitude), a District Interact Thanksgiving event, held at Amity University, Noida, on 28th June 2022. The school won the award for its contribution and hard work put into the club activities for the well-being of the community.

On behalf of the school, Ms Meenu Chandhok, the Community Outreach Programme Incharge, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, received the award. Several eminent dignitaries attended the event, including Rtn. Ashok Aggarwal, District Governor; Rtn. Mukesh G. Gupta, District Interact Chair, and Ms Suhasini Vats, District Interact Representative.

While receiving the award, Ms Meenu Chandhok, in charge Community Outreach Programme, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, said, “I believe that service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth. We can make most of this life by helping one’s self and extending a helping hand to others even though it is a drop in the ocean. Such drops together make the ocean so full and beautiful. I feel that I am the chosen one to be a part of the community outreach programme of the school and feel blessed. I express my gratitude towards the principal of the school, Ms Shalini Nambiar, my co-teachers and, last but not the least, the Interact community of the school to support this programme with immense enthusiasm and compassion. We are grateful towards Rotary International District 3012 for instituting such awards as they ignite the spirit of community service amongst the students.”

The Club has bagged 300 points in the point scheme to receive the “Gold club Award.” It is a proud moment for the school, signifying the hard work of its members.
