Teacher Empowerment

Teachers play the most important part in honing the skills of a child. A happy teacher leads to a happy child. For this, every teacher needs to have a conducive work environment wherein she feels empowered and is cherished by others. Seth Anandram Jaipuria Schools aims to provide every teacher with a free and empowered working climate so that they can contribute to the best of their capabilities without feeling restricted in any way. The teachers are encouraged to design and include activities in their teaching to engage the students.

We recognize that an intensive and focused in-service training programme for the teachers is very essential for an effective teaching learning process. Teachers are encouraged to attend training workshops and sessions organized by expert agencies. It is our endeavour that each teacher undergoes in-service education programme for a minimum of 5-7 days in a year.
