Humankind is going through a stressful period. Negative sentiments have inundated everyone. Anger among the people is growing. People are passing through mental and physical stress. Problems like obesity, blood pressure, diabetes, and other persistent diseases are ambushing humans. But we know it is never too late to change and rectify our mistakes. Enhancing the way we live is imperative. Sleeping late at night and waking up late in the morning is disturbing the natural and biological need of the body for 8 hours of undisturbed sleep. People are constantly switching to junk food. They are aware that it contains a high amount of carbohydrates, fats, and fewer fibers. We are risking our own life. We have to use our knowledge and resources frugally.

In the current scenario, we have many resources and conveniences that can help us solve the prevailing problems. Yoga and meditation can help. Yoga boosts growth and increases flexibility. It strengthens our body parts and immune system.  Meditation calms the mind, relieves us from salvation, and helps us in fighting stress and anxiety. The best factor is that yoga can be performed by people of all age groups. Yoga is tried, trusted, and tested. It provides an active mind and a physically agile body. It can be done anytime, anywhere, and by anyone. It is economically beneficial too. UN declared 21st June as International Yoga Day that gathers the attention of people from around the world. 177 countries accepted it worldwide. Yoga has gathered tremendous attention amongst many Bollywood and Hollywood celebrities. In these testing times of coronavirus, a contagious disease, people ought to have a well-developed immune system to fight the virus. Making exercise, a part of life schedule is very important, and practicing it customarily is crucial.  We all should join hands to make this Earth a better place to live. We should spread awareness by holding campaigns and awareness drives. We have to preach the message and spread it like wildfire to attain a healthy and active environment.
