Yoga Session For Pre-Primary Students
Yoga is a journey for mind and soul and practicing the same is important for children for many reasons. Yoga helps children to relax, relieve stress and anxiety, sleep better and increase empathy.
Yoga helps to strengthen children’s growing bodies and also improves their flexibility. It also teaches them about discipline as they work on clearing their minds and perfecting their poses. Therefore, to harness the benefits of yoga, Yoga Day was observed in Preprimary for the youngest fitness freaks to keep their body, mind and soul healthy, calm and serene.
